You're welcome Dietz! And that was about the worst looking aluminum weld I've done in a year or two...Hard anodized stuff is tough to weld. Next time I do something like that I'll mill .050" off the ends first or something.

Cosmo, I think yours is going to turn out great! I'm not so sure I'll be able to get it done next week though... I'm scheduled for four twelve hour days and a six on saturday next week. I'll try my best though.

Thanks Austin as well! Most of your sealing problem wasn't the crack, it was the effed up surface on the flange. I don't know if you over torqued it or what but that thing was like .030" out of flat!
