Sorry i have to do this Kellten, but this isn't cool.

I have(had) an ipod touch 8gb 2nd gen that i was looking to sell, for about 100 dollars. I know kellten personally and he was interested in the ipod, and we agreed that he would give me about 60 dollars, and then pay me the other forty, in two 20 dollar increments. Well i let him borrow the ipod to check it out, and about a week later when i hadnt recieved the ipod back, or any money, i asked him, and he told me he had sold it. Thats when the big "WHAT THE FUCK" sign popped up, and i reminded him that i still don't have a penny of the money, and am out 100 dollars. He claimed he needed to pay people back, and thats when the other last bit of sense hit the fuckin road.

needless to say, i'm outraged. If anyone sells to kellten, or buys, get the item or money upfront, or make a simultaneous transaction.

You kinda brought this on yourself, "loaning" things out for a test run. It's fucked that he would sell your possessions for you. At this point, I'm neutral till I hear the other side.

well me and kellten just went and worked on a camaro to see if his shifter would fit in it and sell it to the guy but it didnt he said he was gonna get the money and pay you soooooo.... he's tryin he can't just pull money out his ass lol love you piggy

Aright, well first, Im pretty sure we've talked about this a few times, Ive told you i realize it was a fucked up deal and im sorry, I was in a shitty situation and did the first thing that came to mind. Ive also told you Ill pay you as soon as i get paid. When you text me today I was trying to sell my B&M shifter to pay you back, chill out and wait your turn. I had to pay for parts to my truck to attempt to get it to run, and it still doesn't. Also, I was pretty sure that you would understand and accept the fact that you'd get paid, it might just take a little longer.

And if I remember right when I sold you the accord, You gave me a "new" xbox and guitar hero. Remember when the "new" xbox had the red ring when i first called you up and you pretty much told me "sorry about your luck"? did I bitch and moan about it? no. I just said it was okay and that was that.

So basicly, I'll get you your money, sit down, shutup and wait in line.

i'm not ranting, these types of things are what this part of the forum is for.

Kellten, i know *edit* "hope" your going to pay me, but money is to time just as speed is to time. sure anyone can pay me 100 dollars, but if it takes two or more months, what good is that? Just like anyones car can do 140 miles an hour, but if it takes like 5 minutes to get there, what good is the car?

all i want is my money, and when i hear about you spending money on dumb shit, wether or not its true, it kinda makes me mad. i'm giving you the benefit of the doubt on paying me, let alone the fact you sold it without any sort of payment towards me?

about the accord, sure, the xbox shat out on you, but you told me yourself you fixed it and to this day its working fine.

Atleast when you sold me the accord, i didn't say "let me look at it for a few days" and when you asked i didnt say "oh i never had the xbox, and i sold the accord"

P.S. who the fuck ever said the xbox i sold you was "new" ?

oh and another thing, i remember the phone call. i told you i would get it fixed Kellten. because i could have.

Yeah what the hell are you doing defending this guy. The OP says he lent his friend the iPod, to check out, etc. He never gave the iPod to dude, and said pay me later. But you go and sell something that your friend let you borrow, because your hard up for cash?
